Drain Care Plan

- One CCTV survey of the main line each year
- One preventative jet of any line the survey flags
- Priority booking inside two business days
- Footage kept on file year to year so you can see the change
- Ninety-day re-clear guarantee carried across the whole year
Best for: Older homes with mature trees, and short-stay properties that cannot afford a blockage in January
One-off
Landlord and Short-Stay Check

- Full fixture and hose check between tenancies
- Hot water and tempering valve compliance test
- Photographic condition record for the file
- Invoiced direct to the agent or body corporate
- Any repairs quoted separately before anything is done
Best for: Agents and owners of rentals or holiday lets across the southern Gold Coast

What you are covered by.
- Every job quoted before we start, and the quote is what you pay unless you ask for more work
- Twelve-month warranty on our workmanship, on top of the manufacturer warranty on parts
- The same blockage inside ninety days is re-cleared at no charge
- The call-out fee comes off the invoice when the work goes ahead
- The area is left dry and wiped down, or the call-out is on us
